We are a Chartered Accounting (CA) firm based in Australia, experiencing significant growth. To support our expanding client base, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time accoutant and Administrative Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports utilizing accounting software and Excel.
Bookkeeping: Manage data entry and maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records.
Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation and lodgment of tax documents.
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or Wave.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on precision.
Communication: Ability to respond promptly to messages and collaborate effectively with tea
