Full-Time AI Operations Specialist/Virtual Assistant – CPA Affiliate Marketing

Rate: $650 ~ Full time work 40+ hours a week M-F
We are looking for a full-time AI Operations Specialist/Virtual Assistant to operate and manage the websites, tools, and bots developed by our technical team. The ideal candidate will focus on running campaigns, managing content, and optimizing our affiliate marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Core Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
Experience with CPA affiliate networks and marketing campaigns
Proficiency in operating and monitoring affiliate tracking systems
Knowledge of AI content generation tools and prompting techniques
Experience with basic automation tools and workflows
Understanding of compliance regulations in affiliate marketing
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize conversions
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Operational Focus Areas
Operating automation bots developed by our technical team
Managing and optimizing CPA campaigns across multiple networks
Creating content using AI tools for landing pages and advertisements
Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments
Running A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Using anti-detection browsers and managing proxies like MoreLogin, GoLogin, and others
Reporting technical issues to the development team for resolution

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor content adjustments
Understanding of landing page optimization
Experience with split testing tools
Familiarity with Virtual Machines (VMs)
Work Environment & Expectations
Windows users only

Fully remote, but willing to travel within the Philippines (company-sponsored) for occasional co-working sessions

Must be available for a mid-shift schedule (PH time zone)

Residing in Manila is preferred but not required

Full-time only – No other jobs allowed, except internal side projects

Portfolio or examples of past affiliate marketing work required
