Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in 3D modeling and visualization (portfolio required)
2. Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D.
3. Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques
4. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
5. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills and proactive attitude
7. Availability to work full-time hours (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday PST)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, model, and visualize 3D assets for various projects, including product showcases, animations, and architectural visualizations.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and presentations.
3. Utilize rendering software to produce high-quality visuals and animations.
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization and graphics.
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
6. Manage project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
