Scope of Work:

• Platform: WordPress/Wix/Webflow with necessary plugins.
• Core Features:
- Search Functionality: Filters for location, check-in/out dates, and budget.
- Interactive Map Integration using Google Maps API.
- Listing Management: Seamless property creation by pulling data (photos, description, amenities) from an Airbnb link. Calendar synchronization with iCal (future-ready for PMS like Hostaway or Guesty).
- User Dashboards:
- Travelers: Search, save listings, and send inquiries (registration required).
- Property Managers: Manage listings, calendars, and inquiries via an intuitive dashboard.
- Subscription Payments: Managed through Stripe (starting at $15 USD/month per listing).
- Admin Panel: Manage users, listings, content, and view site analytics.
- Notifications: Email and SMS integrations for inquiries and updates.
• Design: Clean, modern, responsive design optimized for mobile and desktop.

Technical Requirements:
• WordPress-based development (or recommended alternative).
• Google Maps API, Stripe payments, Email/SMS notifications.
