Full-Stack Web App Developer (Analytics + AI Tools)

Inbound Found (inboundfound.com) is in search of an junior web developer to join our web dev and marketing agency.

We design and optimize websites for b2b companies. We improve website business performance using a UX, SEO and CRO centric approach with a heavy focus on website content strategy. We also build SaaS products focused on data and analytics as well as some Generative AI (RAG).

**Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate in the development, testing, and enhancement of Typescript / React / Next JS state-based components, python workflows for data management, and related features for our web applications.
- Map API endpoints (using GraphQL, Neo4j, Hasura, FastAPI - please note we don't expect you to know our full tech stack)
- Contribute to the debugging and optimization of frontend code to improve efficiency in marketing and analytics workflows.
- Work on React-based UI enhancements and assist in creating a seamless user experience.
- Provide support for troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth user interface.
- Continuously learn about frontend development and our tech stack and apply this knowledge to daily tasks.
- Actively learning about the field of conversational AI, generative AI, and NLP, and applying this knowledge to daily tasks.
- Assist in the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of models, coding, and testing activities.

- Contribute to maintaining detailed documentation of coding and development activities.

Specific examples of possible initiatives:
- Build reports by working with GraphQL and learning React cytoscape.js library or similar graph visualization libraries
- Actively learn about the field of gen AI, and how we can streamline going from Figma exporting to code generation to save on frontend dev time, share findings with team.
- Build a langchain chatbot to do RAG
On the same approximate stack and boilerplate, you may be asked to:
- Contribute to a "social network" style application being built for a client
- Contribute to a website analytics software being built internally
- Contribute to a person / HR analytics software being built internally

*Job Requirements*
- 2 to 3 years or more of experience in web application development
- Ability to show previous web development experience, production apps or projects like ours
- Demonstrate previous learning (CS degree, online courses, etc.,)
