Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Systems Integration Specialist to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our technology stack, with a primary focus on enhancing and expanding our Upgrade to see actual info platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless integration between various business applications, drive process automation, and optimize our tech ecosystem for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and customization of Upgrade to see actual info, ensuring it integrates smoothly into the existing tech stack.
-Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
-Work with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Make, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate) to connect enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), HRIS, and project management tools.
-Develop and optimize low-code/no-code solutions for business process automation.
-Manage and enhance database structures, scripting (JavaScript, Python), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
-Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and machine learning-based optimizations.
-Ensure IT security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, propose solutions, and execute system improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

? 5+ years of experience in technology solutions architecture, process automation, or business system integrations.

? 2+ years of Upgrade to see actual info administration, configuration, and automation experience.

? Strong expertise in APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Make, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate).

? Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM like Salesforce/HubSpot, HRIS, or project management tools).

? Proficiency in low-code/no-code development, scripting (JavaScript, Python), and database management.

? Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, TableauSummary Briefly describe the job’s primary responsibility and purpose of contribution to the department and/or Company. Preferred Qualifications:
