Full Stack Software Engineer(Python Experience preferred)

WorkIPO is looking for a Software Development Engineer II with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Next.js to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, remote, and permanent role based in Los Angeles, CA, offering a rewarding opportunity to work on complex projects for prominent, multi-million-dollar clients across diverse industries in the US. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing software applications and managing databases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications and databases using Next.js.
Work collaboratively with front-end and back-end teams to facilitate smooth project integration.
Assist in scaling and optimizing Next.js applications.
Design and implement end-to-end scalable Next.js solutions.
Use Supabase and MongoDB for backend services and database management.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimizations.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all operations and data.
Qualifications:

1–6 years of experience in Front-End and Software Development, with advanced skills in Next.js.
Strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality, bug-free code.
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear alignment with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience designing and deploying complex, scalable Next.js applications.
Familiarity with Supabase and MongoDB for backend and database services.
Knowledge of Flask or Django frameworks is advantageous.
Experience with iOS/Android app development is a plus for cross-platform integration.
Proficient in front-end development and programming.
