Position Overview
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team in building next-generation AI-powered software applications. You'll be instrumental in shaping how businesses interact with AI, creating sophisticated automation systems that transform customer experiences.

What You'll Do
1. Design and implement scalable, elegant solutions across the full technology stack
2. Develop and maintain robust database systems using PostgreSQL
3. Collaborate with Product Owners to plan and execute project backlogs efficiently
4. Contribute to technical architecture discussions and propose improvements
5. Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
6. Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and large language models
7. Build and integrate sophisticated chatbot solutions & mini-apps
8. Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Need
Technical Skills
1. Strong proficiency in full-stack development (minimally)
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js
- Back-end: Python, Django, Flask, Node.js
- Database: PostgreSQL
2. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
3. Hands-on experience with large language models (minimally OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)

Core Attributes
1. At least 2 years of software development experience
2. Independent work ethic and excellent time management
3. Clear communication skills in English
4. Patient approach to explaining technical concepts
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
6. Proven problem-solving abilities

1. Experience with open-source AI models
2. Understanding of agentic workflow principles
