JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Executor to execute a structured content launch across multiple social platforms. This role will involve posting, scheduling, some light engagement with audiences for a YouTube YouTube Premiere. Content editing and creation skills with provided raw creative assets is a big plus.

This is not a strategy or ad-buying role—I'm providing the creative assets, scripts, and schedule. Your job is to execute efficiently and ensure everything runs smoothly. Below would be the ideal set of responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role in This Revolution)
Your job is to execute our launch strategy.
- Posting content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit.
- Engaging with comments in a way that fuels curiosity & virality.
- Creating short-form content from our assets (Reels, memes, text-over-video clips).
- Executing the YouTube Premiere & ensuring live engagement.
- Seeding discussion in online communities to grow the movement.

- Canva, CapCut, Photoshop
- Any Video Editor (DaVinci, Wondershare, Adobe Premiere)
- Gamma, OpusClips, Descript

YouTube Premiere & Video Optimization
- Schedule and manage the YouTube Premiere for Episode 1.
- Ensure proper titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata optimization for SEO.
- Engage with early comments and moderate live chat interactions using pre-written responses.

Social Media Posting & Engagement
- Post and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit using provided scripts and creative assets.
- Manage multiple daily posts leading up to and after the Premiere.
- Monitor and respond to comments using pre-written engagement scripts to boost visibility.
- Track performance and report key insights (engagement rates, best-performing posts).

Content Creation (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop...)
- Edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut or other mobile-friendly tools.
- Customize static posts using Canva or Photoshop when needed.
- Convert long-form content into short clips using timestamps we provide.

Execution & Coordination
- Ensure all content is posted at the right times and follows the structured launch schedule.
- Keep track of content calendars and deadlines to ensure no posts are missed.
- Identify trending hashtags and engagement opportunities to maximize reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

-Proven experience in social media execution & content distribution.
-Strong organizational skills—can follow structured plans without constant oversight.
-Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
-Basic content editing skills using CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop.
-Understanding of engagement best practices (commenting, hashtags, timing).
-Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform tools).

Time Commitment
- Launch Week (Most Active Period): ~10-15 hours.
- Pre & Post-Launch: ~5-10 hours/week.
- Potential for ongoing work depending on performance.
