Full-Stack React + Firebase Developer (Remote) – Long-Term Opportunity

Position: Full-Stack Developer (React + Firebase)
Work Type: Remote, flexible schedule
Payment: Project-based (milestones), potential full-time salary after evaluation

Tech Stack:
* Frontend: ReactJS, TailwindCSS
* Backend: Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Hosting)
* Deployment: ViteJS
* SEO: Basic knowledge of optimizing React sites for search engines

Responsibilities:
Project 1 (Immediate Start): Take over and improve an existing customer portal
Project 2 (Parallel Development): Build an employee portal based on Figma designs
Long-term: Maintain and update existing projects

What We're Looking For:
trong experience with ReactJS & Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Hosting)
Proficiency in TailwindCSS for fast & clean UI development
Understanding of SEO optimization for React websites
Self-sufficient, problem-solving mindset
Good communication via WhatsApp
Availability for a long-term collaboration

Payment & Work Conditions:
Initially project-based (milestones), later a potential monthly salary
Must be able to invoice us (freelancers/self-employed preferred)
Fully flexible schedule – work when you want, as long as you deliver
