Job Title: Full Stack React Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack React Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to build new features, optimize performance, and maintain a custom-built logistics services website. Your expertise will help drive innovation, improve user experience, and ensure the platform remains cutting-edge in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement new features for the website using React and other modern technologies. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is running efficiently and remains bug-free by troubleshooting issues and implementing timely fixes.

Backend Integration: Develop and maintain server-side functionality using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks. Integrate APIs to enhance website capabilities and ensure secure data transfer.

Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support website features and ensure data integrity.

Code Optimization: Write clean, scalable, and reusable code. Optimize website performance for speed and reliability across different devices and browsers.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to align on project goals and deliverables.

Testing & Deployment: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality. Manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, APIs, and processes to support ongoing development and team onboarding.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integration.
Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience Requirement:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
