Full Stack JS Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack JS Engineer who will be responsible for designing and applying the technical solution in close collaboration with the clients. What responsibilities will you have?

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• As a team player, deliver high-quality software maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Take part in Client-facing workshops and meetings
• Interview engineers
• Support business in the sales process

What skills we are looking for?

• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience with asynchronous communication between services (message brokers, streaming services)
• Experience with REST architecture and RPC (GRPC)
• Experience with Spring
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD
• Experience with Cloud (AWS preferable)
• Excellent communications skills
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Practical experience in building distributed systems
• Decent English
• To be a goal-oriented person

An advantage would be:

• Understanding and excitement towards AI trends
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Deep respect and following to TDD practices

Specifics:

• Contractor, hourly basis, up to 40 hours per week
• Ideally able to work some of US Eastern time zone (can just be 2-3 hours a day)
• Qualified applicants will be given 1 round of screeners, pass 1 round of interview, and be given an offer.
