Full-Stack Engineer - Web Development & SEO Expertise
Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time, Salaried

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Modern Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain scalable and responsive web platforms and applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Enhance SEO Performance: Ensure best practices for technical SEO, including site speed optimization, schema implementation, and mobile-first development.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize for Scalability: Build systems and infrastructure that can handle high traffic and are easy to maintain.
• Stay Innovative: Experiment with and integrate new technologies to keep our web solutions cutting-edge.
Implement Analytics & Tracking: Ensure proper integration of tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM) for robust data insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of full-stack development experience in modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
• SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including page speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in Tech Stacks: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Passion for UX/UI: A focus on building intuitive and beautiful user interfaces with accessibility in mind.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop creative, efficient solutions.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or Gatsby for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Familiarity with web app security best practices.
• Knowledge of headless CMS systems.
• Background in education tech or related industries.
