POSITION: Full Stack Developer (WordPress, Plugin Development, Shopify)
LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is open to Filipino candidates residing in the Philippines.


PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and websites for our mission-driven clients. This role requires expertise in WordPress development, custom plugin creation, Shopify customization, and building interactive websites with animations and fast loading speeds. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll write clean, scalable code across the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and exceptional user experiences.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
WordPress Development: Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.
Plugin Development: Design and implement custom plugins and tools to enhance functionality for WordPress and Shopify sites.
Shopify Customization: Customize Shopify stores through theme development, Liquid programming, and API integrations to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
Interactive Websites: Build interactive websites with engaging animations while maintaining fast loading speeds.
Full Stack Development: Write clean, maintainable code using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, and Liquid.
Web Application Architecture: Ensure smooth operation, performance optimization, security, and SEO compliance across all web applications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest development trends and tools to improve processes and the tech stack.
Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to build robust web solutions and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Responsive Design: Ensure websites and applications are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
PRIMARY STRENGTHS, GIFTS, TALENTS REQUIRED:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and plugin development.
Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SQL/MySQL, and Liquid for Shopify customization.
Expertise in building interactive websites with animations and maintaining fast loading speeds.
Knowledge of API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL).
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and version control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with high attention to detail for pixel-perfect implementations.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and web performance optimization.
ROLE PREFERENCE:

BUDGET AVAILABLE:
Defined per project, providing flexibility to implement the most effective tools and strategies.

APPROXIMATE SALARY:
$8-$14/hr, based on experience, for 30-40 hours per week.
