Full Stack Developer - Next.js/React with AI Integration Experience

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to complete an existing Next.js/React project with a focus on implementing advanced AI workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building intelligent systems that leverage modern AI capabilities while maintaining high-quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities:

***Must be able to utilize IDE's such as windsurf, project idx and cline/roo code or Cursor. We are all using it so it requires a certain skill set to see common errors related to these practices***

Develop and implement AI workflows and intelligent automation systems

Build conversational AI interfaces and natural language processing features

Integrate with large language models (LLMs) and AI services

Create OAuth integrations with external APIs and services

Design data pipelines for AI model training and inference

Create intelligent systems for automated customer interactions

Optimize AI response quality and performance

Implement proper error handling and feedback mechanisms

Document AI implementation patterns and integration solutions

Requirements:

Strong experience with Next.js and React development

Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) concepts

Proficiency with TypeScript

Experience with OAuth authentication flows and API integrations

Familiarity with Firebase authentication and database

Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization

Ability to debug complex AI interactions and API issues


Nice to Have:
Interest in MCP servers
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or other AI APIs
Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
Background in conversational UI design
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
Experience with third-party API integrations
Wage/Salary per Month: $2,500-3,500/mo (USD), depending on experience
