Full Stack Developer / Designer

POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Developer and Designer to lead the development and design of our web applications, with a strong focus on WordPress and Shopify. This role is critical in creating seamless, user-friendly experiences that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, SEO, design aesthetics, and knowledge of HubSpot.

OBJECTIVES
- Design and develop front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Wordpress, Shopify, HTML).
- Build and maintain back-end services and APIs with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement SEO best practices across web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.


COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
- Expertise in designing responsive web applications.
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify development.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the web development process, from design to deployment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing your design and development work.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and integration projects is a plus.
