Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly autonomous Full-Stack Developer to help us further develop our platform. You will be responsible for building and managing data pipelines, API connections, and data warehouse environments while working with Python, Azure, and JavaScript. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of recruitment technology by centralizing multiple data sources and integrating data transfer through APIs.

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and API connections to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Design and manage data warehouse environments to support scalable business intelligence.
• Build intuitive and user-friendly front-end interfaces while ensuring a high-quality UX/UI experience.
• Work with low-code or no-code tools to accelerate development and streamline automation.
• Automate workflows from scratch or through platforms (Upgrade to see actual info)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
• Ensure the platform is highly secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Azure (or other cloud environments).
• Strong experience in building and managing APIs and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to centralize and integrate multiple data sources via APIs.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Bubble, Make, Upgrade to see actual info) is a big plus.
• Great UX/UI skills to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Experience automating workflows using code or no-code platforms.
• Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and able to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Bonus Points For
• Prior experience building SaaS products or business automation tools.
