Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and tools.
Business Process Automation: Implement automation in workflows to optimise performance and reduce manual processes.
Custom Reporting Tools: Build and integrate reporting systems to provide valuable insights into sales, marketing, and business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, and sales teams to identify technical solutions that will improve processes and drive client success.
System Optimisation: Continuously improve existing systems and processes, making sure the technology supports the company’s objectives efficiently.
Security and Maintenance: Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of software systems.
Consulting: Provide input on technical strategies for business systems, including scalability, automation, and process improvements.

Important Skills:

Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React), Python, PHP, or similar.
APIs: Expertise in integrating with third-party APIs, building custom connectors, and working with RESTful services.
Database Management: Strong SQL and database skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying, monitoring, and scaling software systems.
DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure management.
Sales & Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other BI/analytics platforms.
Lead Management: Deep understanding of the sales funnel, lead generation, and customer acquisition processes.
Understanding of business operations, sales pipelines, and marketing strategies.
Experience working with sales/marketing teams to improve lead management and conversion rates through software tools.
Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions that are scalable and cost-effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or similar equivalent qualifications.
2+ Years of experience in software development, with a focus on business systems.
Proven track record of delivering software projects that drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
