Full Stack Application Developer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Application Developer to join our team and become a key weapon in our technical arsenal. This is a full-time, hourly position where you’ll leverage your expertise to build innovative web applications that drive traffic to our marketing website, showcase our development capabilities, and deliver advanced features for our clients. What You’ll Do:

Develop Web Apps for Marketing: Build engaging, high-quality web applications for our marketing website to boost traffic and demonstrate our dev skills. These will be public-facing tools designed to attract attention and showcase innovation.
Enhance Client Websites: Upgrade existing client sites with advanced features typically seen on large-scale company websites, such as custom client portals or industry-specific tools that add value for their customers.
Create a Local Networking Group Tool: Design and develop a public-facing web app to track local networking groups, requiring clean code, intuitive UI, and scalable architecture.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm, plan, and execute these projects from concept to deployment, ensuring they align with our vision of cutting-edge web development.

Skills & Tools We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies:
Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular a plus)
Back-End: Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar (with frameworks like Express, Django, or Laravel)
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with development accelerators like Cursor, Replit, or Upgrade to see actual infov to streamline and speed up the coding process.
Ability to build responsive, user-friendly web applications with clean, maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges and deliver creative solutions.
Familiarity with designing client portals, industry-specific tools, or public-facing web apps is a big plus.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
