Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiter

The 360-Degree Medical Staffing Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, and placement. This role involves developing strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring optimal placement outcomes while meeting organizational goals and timelines. The specialist will work across multiple healthcare disciplines such as nursing, allied health, and physicians to fulfill short-term, long-term, and permanent staffing needs.

Very helpful if you have experience with email campaigns, CRM, and great customer service skills talking to clients and candidates on the phone.

Work as many or as few hours as you like. Payment is $500 per each successful candidate placement. The more Doctors and nurses you place to work, the more money you make. If you place 1 candidate, you make $500. 2 candidates $1000. 3 candidates 1500. 4 candidates $2000. This is a great opportunity for you to make as much money as you want.
