Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator? We’re looking for an assistant to help with data entry, shipping, and vendor coordination in a 100% remote role. If you love keeping things running smoothly and efficiently, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do:
- Update and manage purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse reports.
- Track warehouse metrics and maintain planning documents.
- Handle billing disputes and invoice management.
- Create and upload weekly shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Manage chargebacks and purchase order discrepancies.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Salesforce.
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment ????.
