Fulfillment Operations & Client Success

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with extensive experience using ShipStation and strong client service skills. In this role, you will support our fulfillment operations, communicate with clients, and ensure that all key performance metrics are met, helping our team deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ShipStation Management: Update inventory, follow up on orders to be shipped, create alias SKUs, optimize warehouse locations, and manage other fulfillment-related tasks.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely, high-quality customer service and addressing inquiries.
2. KPI Monitoring: Track and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping times, receiving times, and order accuracy are met. Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure all tasks are completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Task Coordination: Monitor client requests and tasks, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues in the fulfillment process, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience using ShipStation or similar fulfillment management software.
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Proactive and independent problem solver.
