Fulfilling Opportunity as a Sales Development Representative

Our US-based medical office is looking for a Sales Development Representatives (call setter) to reach out to leads by phone call to establish rapport and qualify the lead for an in-person appointment. We help people heal froUpgrade to see actual infontal health struggles by giving IV infusions that helps patients reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD in less than a month.

Candidates will get leads through Go High Level, reach out to them within a couple of minutes of the lead coming in by texting and calling the lead. The sales development representative must have empathy and establish rapport. English language skills (speaking and listening) are a must. There will be a script that the employee will follow. The sales development representative will make sure that the lead is appropriate for our offer, direct them to a pre-recorded video to watch, and then follow-up with the prospect.

This role is very important to us because it will increase the likelihood that the person actually comes in for their scheduled appointment.

We will need to hire more than one person for this position.

We are looking for people who get joy out of helping people who are struggling with anxiety and depression to find healing from this. Our patients have a greater than 70% reduction in symptoms of depression and anxiety in less than a month!

Hours are:

Monday - Friday 8 am to 9 pm EST (8 pm to 9 am Manila time)
Saturday 8 am to 5 pm EST (8 pm to 5 am Manila time)
Sunday 8am to 5 pm EST (8 pm to 5 am Manila time)

Inbound and Outbound calls will be recorded and reviewed to provide feedback to the Sales Development Representative. Contact will also be made my email and text messages.

13th month bonus will be paid to anyone who remains with our company more than 3 months.
