We're searching for a talented Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in Blade templating to join our remote team in the Philippines. You'll be our frontend champion, transforming designs into pixel-perfect, visually compelling, and highly interactive web experiences. This position demands a sharp eye for detail, the ability to implement smooth animations, and comfort working at a fast pace to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into dynamic frontend web components using Blade, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build reusable layouts, components, and templates using the Blade templating engine.
Integrate frontend elements with backend systems (built primarily in Laravel).
Implement seamless animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
Proactively identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.
Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
Adjust to US working hours for collaboration with the team.
Qualifications

Proven experience in frontend development with a strong emphasis on Blade templating.
Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for pixel-perfect execution.
A knack for crafting smooth animations and transitions.
Solid grasp of full-stack web development principles, especially the Laravel framework.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a remote team.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Bonus

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.)
UI/UX design sensibilities.
