Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical excellence, and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. We are looking for someone who can start on February 1st. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our flagship product, TheOneApp, and help strengthen the Christian camp community through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Optimize frontend code for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Implement best practices for accessibility, usability, and overall user experience.
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
Uphold Christian values in work ethics, decision-making, and communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and tools.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS-in-JS frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrates strong Christian values and integrates them into professional conduct.
