About Us:
We are a small company based in Zurich. Fotichaschte.ch was founded in 2014 and specializes in photo booths for weddings. As more corporate clients joined, Pixora.ch was established in 2019. Currently, Fotichaschte.ch and Pixora.ch are the largest providers of photo booths and video booths in Switzerland. 2021, Visualista.ch was founded, a company specializing in real estate photography.

All of our websites are written in German but we would like to have them in English as well. Translation can be done from our side.

Position Overview:
To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a talented WordPress Website Developer and Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly adjustments or entire websites.

Hours per week:
We are looking for a full or part-time employee. Please indicate in your application how many hours you would like to work.

Responsibilities:
- Development and design of WordPress websites with the Salient and Ohio themes, taking functionality and aesthetics.
- Optimization of websites for SEO performance (in cooperation with us), maximum speed and scalability.
- Regular website maintenance, updates and troubleshooting as required.
- Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience on all devices.
- Keep up to date with the latest web technologies, trends and tools relevant to WordPress development and design.

Requirements:
- Proven professional experience as a WordPress developer and designer, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web development languages.
- Experience in creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- The position requires an independent way of working in which you plan, coordinate and implement tasks on your own responsibility.
- We value initiative and the ability to proactively make decisions to contribute to our collective success.
- Language skills: good English skills. German would be an advantage but not needed.
