Front-End Web Developer

As a Mid-Level Front-End Developer, you will play a vital role in transforming our design concepts into immersive and responsive websites. You will create animations, develop custom interactions, troubleshoot issues, and expand existing client websites. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development: Code and develop custom websites, ensuring they meet high visual and interactive standards.
- CMS/CRM Integration: Collaborate with the team to integrate and work with existing Content Management Systems (CMS) or Customer Relationship
- Management (CRM) solutions to fulfill client requirements.
- Front-End Technologies: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks to implement animations and custom interactions.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Optimization: Optimize websites for superior performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted website functionality.
- Website Expansion: Collaborate with team members to expand and enhance current client websites as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with animations and custom interactions using libraries like GSAP or
Framer Motion.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with backend technologies to enhance collaboration with full-stack
developers.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
