About ClickPogo:
ClickPogo is a fast-growing eCommerce startup focused on launching high-converting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. We create high-performance funnels, custom landing pages, and optimized Shopify stores that drive revenue and maximize conversions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team and help us build digital experiences that turn visitors into customers.

This is a full-time, long-term position for a highly skilled developer who wants to grow with an expanding company.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a front-end developer who can build, optimize, and maintain digital assets, including landing pages, funnels, Shopify stores, and custom development projects. You will work closely with our CRO team to implement high-performing web experiences that drive engagement and sales.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has strong technical skills, and enjoys working on conversion-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Optimize: Build, launch, and maintain high-performance web pages, Shopify stores, and funnels.

Webflow to Server Management: Upload and manage exported Webflow pages on our servers efficiently.

Shopify Customization: Work on Shopify theme customization, app integrations, and performance optimization.

Conversion-Driven Development: Implement conversion-focused design principles and A/B testing best practices.

Performance and Scalability: Ensure fast load times, smooth user experiences, and mobile-first design.

Problem Solving and Autonomy: Take ownership of projects, work independently, and provide solutions efficiently.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Have Technical Skills
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, FTP, and Liquid.

Strong experience in Shopify development, theme customization, and app integrations.

Familiarity with server administration and deployment processes.

Understanding of conversion-optimized UI/UX design principles.

Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with Webflow, Figma, or Zeplin.

Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and CRO best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize site speed and performance.

Salary and Benefits
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week

Competitive Pay: $1,300 - $1,700 per month (based on experience)
