Company Overview:
Join our dynamic ecommerce team, dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our international clients. We are currently expanding our support to include a French site, and we're looking for passionate, bilingual Virtual Assistants (VAs) from the Philippines who are fluent in both French and English to join our growing team.

Position 1: Senior French-Speaking VA (Potential Supervisor Role)

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support in both French and English through email, chat, and other communication channels

- Assist with handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving complex issues

- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality service delivery

- Help create and optimize support workflows for the French site

- Contribute to training materials and knowledge base documentation

- Provide feedback to the team on improving customer service processes

Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years of customer service experience in an ecommerce setting

- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken French and English

- Experience handling escalated support cases

- Previous experience in a supervisory role or leadership position is a plus

- Proficient in using customer service tools and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar)

- Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving processes

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Traits:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

- Willingness to grow into a leadership role

Position 2: Intermediate French-Speaking VA

Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional customer support in both French and English

- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat

- Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling refunds/returns

- Escalate more complex issues to the senior team when necessary

- Help maintain customer service documentation and FAQs for the French site

- Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve processes

Qualifications:

- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce

- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken French and English

- Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias) is a plus

- Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately

- Eager to learn and grow within the role

Preferred Traits:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed
