At BrightDrop Virtual Assistants, we pride ourselves in only hiring the most talented & experienced virtual assistants in the Philippines. We have been in the business of contracting people to work from home since 2014. We are in need of dedicated customer service experts, who are looking for a STABLE and PERMANENT work-from-home career.

We are looking for dedicated FRENCH SPEAKER customer service experts who want a stable and permanent work-from-home career.

The main responsibility of the position is to provide excellent service to the customers and clients calling the businesses we support, including taking messages, processing payments, or transferring calls to onshore employees.

Primary tasks include:

- Managing a continuous flow of inbound calls effectively.

- Accepting payments over the phone.

- Guiding potential customers following a call flow.

- Ensuring our clients do not lose business by taking notes and forwarding messages to the appropriate person.

Requirements:

- Excellent English language skills.

- MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH (QUEBEC DIALECT).

- Recent experience in voice customer service roles.

- Own a laptop or PC with i5 and 8GB RAM or better, with dual monitors.

- Available and have a quiet workspace during US business hours.
