**Job Description:**
Luna N17 Freight Brokerage is seeking a **highly qualified and dedicated Freight Broker Trainer** with **excellent communication and negotiation skills** to train new employees using our **established training materials**.

We have a **structured training program** in place, including a **PowerPoint and blueprint**, which will be provided once you communicate with us via **WhatsApp**. The WhatsApp number will be shared when you message us **here**.

Your role as a trainer will be to **deliver this training effectively and thoroughly**. You are **not required** to modify or create new training materials—however, if you identify areas where the content could be improved for better clarity or effectiveness, you are welcome to provide **suggestions for enhancement**.

### **Trainer Responsibilities:**
- **Deliver training** based on our **existing materials**.
- Cover **key topics** essential for freight brokerage success.
- Utilize **effective training methods** to ensure employees fully grasp the material.
- Ensure training is **structured, clear, and aligned** with our company’s goals.
- **If necessary,** provide suggestions for improving the training materials.
- Recommend a **good rate source tool** that aligns with the material.
- Recommend a **dialer software** that would be most effective for training and operations.

### **Qualifications:**
- **Proven experience** as a freight broker or in logistics.
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**
- Strong **leadership abilities** to effectively train and guide employees.
- Ability to analyze **rate source tools** and recommend the best options.
- Experience using **dialer software** in freight operations.
- **Being analytical is a plus**—especially in following trends and market shifts.
- **Bonus:** If you are knowledgeable about **how to price loads** and follow industry trends, that is a major advantage.
- **Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent.**
