About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle a variety of administrative tasks. This is a remote position, and the candidate must be available to work during Canadian Pacific Standard hours.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this position will be with day-to-day adminitrative tasks, such as invoicing, working with google sheets, and occassionally answering
Manage and respond to
Organize and maintain Google Documents, Google Sheets, and Google Forms for various administrative purposes.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.
Collaborate with tea
Utilize ChatGPT, Youtube and Google + other tools to solve problems, and assist in research.
Independently manage tasks, finding solutions and completing work with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to write professional
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently handle assigned tasks.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with working in a remote team environment.
