Responsibilities:
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build candidate pipelines and maintain talent pools.
Write and post job advertisements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in remote recruitment.
Knowledge of international hiring practices.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
Fluent in English communication
