Scope of Work:
? Review & Optimize My PriceLabs Setup
? Analyze Competitor Pricing & Market Demand Trends
? Adjust Pricing for Local Events & High/Low Seasons
? Improve Min/Max Prices, Orphan Night Pricing, & Last-Minute Discounts
? Suggest Adjustments for Cleaning Fees & Minimum Stay Rules
? Provide a Report Explaining Key Adjustments & How to Maintain Them

Work Structure & Expectations:
???? Starting at 2 hours per week at $10 per hour
