Freelance Email Deliverability & IP Blocking Specialist

Project Overview:
We are looking for a freelance Email Deliverability Specialist with expertise in diagnosing and resolving
issues with email campaigns being blocked or flagged by recipient servers. The project involves analyzing
current email campaign practices, identifying IP-related deliverability issues, and implementing solutions
to improve inbox placement and reduce bounce rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliverability Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive review of recent email campaigns to identify patterns,
IP blocks, and other deliverability issues.
Troubleshooting IP Blocks: Diagnose causes for blocked or flagged emails, focusing on issues related to
IP reputation, blacklists, and email server settings.
Improve Sender Reputation: Implement strategies to improve IP reputation and avoid spam filters,
including list hygiene, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM), and content adjustments.
Reporting & Recommendations: Provide a detailed report outlining the issues found, actions taken, and
recommendations to prevent future deliverability problems.

Qualifications:

Email Marketing Experience: Experience managing and troubleshooting email campaigns, especially with
platforms like LionDesk CRM.
IP & Deliverability Knowledge: Deep understanding of IP reputation, sender scores, email
authentication, and blacklists.
Technical Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving IP blocking and spam filtering issues.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze bounce logs, open rates, and other deliverability metrics to pinpoint
root causes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with LionDesk CRM.
Knowledge of industry best practices for maintaining a clean email list and improving sender reputation.
Relevant certifications in email marketing or deliverability (e.g., from HubSpot Academy, or Mailchimp).
