About The Role

As a Social Media Manager at 11 Agency, you will be responsible for amplifying our brand's presence on social media. Your primary focus will be on managing and growing the founders' profiles on Twitter and LinkedIn, while also overseeing our company’s pages on Instagram and Facebook. You'll bring your expertise to craft engaging content, build our follower base, and enhance our overall social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for the founders' profiles on Twitter and LinkedIn, and the company's pages on Instagram and Facebook.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform. You will have help from our internal design team for graphics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategies and drive growth.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, implementing best practices to keep our social media presence dynamic and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 years of experience in social media management, with proven success in growing followings on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
