What are you going to do?
As a member of our premium support team, your primary responsibility is to respond to the hundreds of messages we receive from our premium trading group members. It is important that you approach each message with compassion and provide the best guidance possible.
Your goal is to ensure that each and every one of them has a positive experience when using our support chats.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 19:00 Amsterdam time (4:00pm - 1:00am Philippine time)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of trading, including how to manage trades and how brokers work
- Fluent in the language of Forex trading
- Fully mastered the English language in speaking and writing
- Customer Service Experience
- Great Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Team player and eager to learn
- Able to handle constructive criticism
- Creative, Verbally strong, and Smart
- BPO background is a plus
- Microsoft Office Skills is a plus
