???? About the Role
As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will play a key role in reaching homeowners, maintaining lead data, and scheduling appointments with our specialists. Your job will be to connect, qualify, and assist homeowners through cold calls, emails, and text campaigns.

???? Responsibilities:
? Data Management: Keep lead records organized in our CRM (Resimpli).
? Cold Calling: Reach out to homeowners in distress to offer assistance.
? Email & Text Campaigns: Send strategic messages to generate appointments.
? Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between homeowners and our specialists.
? Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics such as call volume, response rates, and closed deals.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to optimize lead conversion.

???? What We’re Looking For
? 1+ year of experience in a contact center or similar sales/lead generation role.
? Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
? Experience using CRM software (Resimpli preferred), Microsoft Office, & Google tools.
? Tech-savvy: Knows Excel, data sorting, and lead management.
? Computer specs: Minimum Core i3 processor + stable internet connection.
? Availability: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri) + 3 hours on Saturday.

? $7/hour base pay (Training period: 90 days at $6/hour).
? $150 commission per closed deal.
