JOB POSITION: Sales Executive, FULL TIME
PAY: $4 HR + commission+ $90 monthly stipend to cover internet costs

WORKS FROM: Home. We provide an internet telephone via Vonage.

ABOUT DUO MARKETPLACE
Duo Marketplace is engaged in the business of selling wholesale health, beauty, beverage and food products for manufacturers to independent retail stores and chains across the US over the phone and via email.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Calls to new retail buyers to get out free brand samples (calls can be 60-80 a day)
• Follow up sales calls
• Calls all existing accounts for reorders and to get out free brand samples
• Record and input all information related to sales, solicitation, follow up and ALL communication with leads and accounts in our custom CRM
• Invoice brands for reorder commissions
• Help collect on delinquent accounts and follow up on late payments to brands

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a strong, fast internet connection
• Must speak English, easy to understand
• Self-motived, self-starter
• Able to speak clearly and articulately on the phone for up to 8 hours
• Detail aware
• Willing and able to learn
• Must be proficient (three years+) using a computer/tablet
• Preferred-some experience (6 months +) using a database such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly, Act!
• Preferred- Customer Service Experience (one year+)
• Must enjoy speaking with all types of people from across the US
