• Must be available for on-call weekends, Eastern Standard Time (remainder of week is flexible/negotiable)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
• Minimum 1-year professional work experience in a highly matrixed organization
• Ability to work independently with little to no direction
• Strong customer service skills, including front-line customer, vendor, and field staff interaction
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
• Conscientious and flexible, great work ethic, sense of humor and team-player attitude
• Strong interest in customer service/relationship management
• Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail
