Fluent- English Speaking Virtual Assistant for Dog Training Business in SW FLorida

Looking for a fluent English-speaking virtual assistant for an exciting long-term opportunity in the dog training industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a salaried position.


Position Requirements:

-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
-Fluent in English
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work on (Eastern Standard Time) hours in the United States
-Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
-Reliable and good internet
-WhatsApp to Communicate

Responsibilities:
-Post daily Google updates on our page
-Request and respond to client reviews
-Basic proficiency in ChatGPT, Canva, and basic editing software (e.g., CapCut, VideoLeap)
-Basic proficiency in GMAIL, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
-Familiar with DropBox, Whatsapp, Upgrade to see actual info
-Create short-form highlight videos from our youtube videos, for social media using editing software
-Create short 5 minute videos for our youtube page with provided footage
-Spend a few hours each day helping manage leads and client relationship materials
-Use AI software to write, optimize, and post blogs on our website
-Design graphics in Canva for social media
-Handle daily social media posting
-Send out bi-monthly newsletters to our client list
-Send bi-monthly text messages using our texting system
-Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Position Details:
This is a long-term, salaried position.
