What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Floor Inspection Report Writer who will analyze data and photos uploaded by flooring inspectors via a dedicated app, including floor conditions, end-user comments, and testing timelines. Your role will be to break down this information into comprehensive reports, using AI tools for enhanced accuracy. Training will be provided during the first 3-4 weeks through our unique program designed to set you up for success. We're seeking a long-term commitment, as we invest in our employees with training that can lead to a stable career in the flooring industry. Key Responsibilities:

*Analyze data from inspections of various flooring types (Laminate, Vinyl floors, and Carpet ).
*Utilize AI technology to assess, interpret, and enhance precision in identifying issues such as moisture levels, cupping, *expansion gaps, and installation defects.
*Write formal, detailed reports incorporating AI-driven insights, moisture readings, flatness checks, and material conditions.
*Provide data-backed recommendations based on manual inspections and AI-assisted analysis.
*Adapt quickly to evolving AI systems and continuously improve inspection processes.
*Review photos and claims to assess flooring issues and draft comprehensive reports.
*Ensure adherence to industry standards while utilizing AI for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
*Manage approximately 20-30 reports per month with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Requirements:
*Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools (training provided).
*Experience in using AI to generate and proofread reports is highly valued.
*Strong English writing skills for clear, concise, and accurate report writing.
*Experience in analyzing data is a plus, but not mandatory.
