1. JOB DESCRIPTION & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We need someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, highly organized and has problem-solving skills to handle all project management for our personal brand and our clients brands..This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their digital marketing skills and take on more responsibility as we grow. This role is about editing short form and long form video for social media platforms

As a Project Manager, you must be passionate and motivated as this role involves managing client-based digital marketing projects, in-house lead generation projects, several large and ongoing web application projects, and growing a proprietary SAAS solution we sell to web designers and agencies.

You will be responsible for project planning, project delivery, and managing both in-house and outsourced teams in the aforementioned digital marketing activities.

You will report directly to the President of the company and have an excellent opportunity for career advancement, knowledge enhancement, and compensation growth.

Full support will be provided when you first start working with us.

Contract Type: FULL Time

**Skills required:**
We are seeking top talent, so it is absolutely imperative that you have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience as a successful Project Manager
• Expert level skillsets in leveraging tools for project management and Teamwork project management *clickup prefferred*
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and team members
• Understanding of digital marketing basic is a plus

2. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE

We expect you to complete your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

We expect you to work in a professional manner that represents the company you are working for.

Some of your job expectations include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that client details are place in the proper project documents
Ensure the different components of projects are moving forward every day, and if not, understand from the provider what is missing and how to provide them with the information that is needed to complete a task.
Can monitor Asana and communicate with team there and on slack
Keep up with providers, in house, outsourced workers, and gigs, to make sure tasks are on schedule to meet deadlines
Receive support requests from account managers on behalf of the client, and assign them to the proper provider
Ensure tasks are properly tracked in our project management software (asana right now, clickup soon)
Alert upper management when an in-house provider has too large of a workload and can’t take on anymore, and together decide on a fallback option
Understand the premise behind all tasks and why they are executed
Put together meeting frameworks for efficient team meetings
Time Budget Estimates
Creating Status Reports
Track KPIs with team on efficiency and productivity

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Please note that you will be given KPIs to hit which will relate to the completion of tasks.
You will primarily report to the company founder who will also conduct the contract reviews and monitor KPI performance.
