Fleet Management Virtual Assistant (Transportation)

The candidate we are looking for will be working in our Trucking Management System (Vektor) pulling data to e-mail proof of deliveries to our brokers, our assistant will also be following along with pickups and deliveries to update brokers via e-mail as to if something is picked up / dropped off / or delayed. Every Thursday you'll learn to output payroll settlement documents to our drivers. We need someone who learns well, and understands we are maintaining a transportation company with repetitive tasks. This will involve some training.
