THE JOB

Who are we?
We are Flair Gymnastics, a chain of gymnastics clubs for children in the UK offering after school and weekend classes for children of all ages and level of ability, with our core purpose being to build CONFIDENT kids through the sport of Gymnastics.

We are a small business based near London in the UK.
The company is led by founder & CEO Richard Dwyer - PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ABOUT RICHARD BEFORE APPLYING.

TRAINING
You will get to work directly with Richard, Sophie and our current customer service teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, Remyr, who will train you in your new role.

YOUR ROLE
Your role is primarily customer service front line, by phone, web-chat, Facebook messenger, video message and email.
You must love to chat with parents in helping them choose the best classes for their child.
The role includes everything around the service of our members and their membership.
The role also includes administration tasks for our marketing, working with our marketing manager (Sophie.)

WORK PATTERN
40 hours per week
Working 5 days per week
Alternate Tuesdays & Saturdays (see below)

PAY AND BENEFITS
- $650 - $825 / Month
- Paid 28 days holiday/leave
- All local public holidays off and paid
- Paid Breaks
- Paid 13th Month

Monday | 4.00pm - 12.00am
Tuesday | 4.00pm - 12.00am (Bi-Weekly Day-Off)
Wednesday | 4.00pm - 12.00am
Thursday | 4.00pm - 12.00am
Friday | 4.00pm - 12.00am
Saturday | 4.00pm - 12.00am (Bi-Weekly Day-Off)
Sunday | DAY-OFF

THE TYPE OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
Must be comfortable working alone and as part of a small and remote team.
Must like the night shift, you will be working on the UK time-zone (4.00pm - 12.00am- Local / 9.00am-5.00pm-UK)

SKILLSET MUST INCLUDE...
