Financial Writer (Trading, Stocks, Crypto)

Financial Writer at WealthBranch, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and optimizing content to drive engagement, conversions, and partnerships. This role involves managing blog articles, newsletters, and social media posts, with an emphasis on speed and quality improvement over time. You will also engage with external partners and influencers to grow WealthBranch’s audience and presence.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Content Creation and Optimization**:
- Create, refine, and improve blog articles to attract newsletter sign-ups and drive lead magnet downloads.
- Develop visually engaging blog posts using tools like Canva.
- Use A/B testing to optimize headlines and improve performance across blogs and social media.
2. **Newsletter Management**:
- Draft, schedule, and improve daily newsletters (Monday to Friday) to increase open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Work on refining BeeHiiv’s automated email sequences in collaboration with the automation team.
3. **Social Media Management**:
- Schedule and manage evergreen social media posts that align with blog content and promote WealthBranch services.
- Repurpose blog articles into engaging social media content such as Twitter threads.
- Create visually appealing content that drives engagement across social platforms.
4. **Partnership Building**:
- Engage in outreach to build and manage partnerships with BeeHiiv creators and influencers.
- Secure two successful partnerships per day to support content cross-promotion and collaboration.
- Collaborate with partners for content sharing and co-promotions.
5. **Strategy and Performance Improvement**:
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and develop relevant content.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to A/B test headlines and content for maximum impact.
- Work with the advertising team to boost high-performing content with paid promotions.
6. **Documentation and Continuous Improvement**:
- Document best practices and insights to improve team-wide performance.
- Lead Monday Kaizen sessions by selecting, polishing, and improving articles with data-backed insights.

### **Key Metrics**:

- Increase newsletter open rates and CTR.
- Improve engagement and lead generation from blog articles.
- Achieve 2 successful partnerships per day with influencers or creators.
- Continuously optimize content for higher performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

### **Qualifications**:

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce content efficiently.
- Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing for optimizing content performance.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (BeeHiiv experience preferred).
- Ability to create visually engaging content using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills for building partnerships and influencer outreach.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and workflows is a plus.
