Job Description:
This is a full-time, remote role (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) that requires a sharp financial mind with strong expertise in bookkeeping, cash flow management, forecasting, and compliance research.

As our Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing cash flow, ensuring compliance across multiple markets, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. Your work will directly influence our growth strategy and product expansion.

This is a high-growth role for someone eager to take ownership, continuously learn, and help build out our financial analysis and compliance teams as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth cash flow.
Reconcile bank statements, monitor expenses, and oversee cash movement.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Cash Flow & Forecasting
Monitor and optimize cash flow to support business operations.
Develop financial forecasts to guide business decisions and ensure profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality.
Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning.

Data-Driven Product Research & Analysis
Conduct daily financial analysis on product performance and market trends.
Evaluate potential new products based on profitability and demand.
Provide data-driven insights to support product launch decisions.

Compliance & Global Expansion
Actively study and stay updated on compliance regulations in different global markets.
Ensure the business meets financial and tax regulations in various regions.
Work with external accountants and advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaboration & Strategic Growth
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align financial goals.
Participate in strategic planning to drive the company’s expansion and profitability.
Provide recommendations based on financial data and market insights.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (preferably in eCommerce, food, or agriculture-related businesses).
Proficiency in Xero is a must – strong ability to manage books, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
A self-learner who is actively studying compliance regulations in global markets.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $300 - $400 USD per month (depending on experience and skills).
