Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Certified, CPA Preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and providing future-based financial analysis to guide project expenses. This role will require the use of QuickBooks and other project management tools to support our ongoing construction projects and indoor environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:
*Track and monitor financial data within the system (GHL)
*Conduct financial analysis and project future expenses
*Perform collection analysis and maintain reports
*Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking
*Assist with GHL reporting and other financial tools
*Collaborate with the team using Slack for communication

Qualifications:
*CPA preferred, but not required
*QuickBooks Certified is a must
*Experience in Xactimate and BuilderTrend (preferred but not required)
*Strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
*Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
*Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude

Tools You Will Use:
*QuickBooks
*GHL (GoHighLevel)
*Slack for team communication
*Builder Trend and Xactimate (optional)

Working Hours:
*Full-time: 40 hours per week
*Time Zone: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

*Experience with construction or real estate terminology is a plus
