Start as Part-Time 30 Hours/Week
Salary: $10/Hour

Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in preparing financial statements, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and managing key financial processes. This position requires a strong understanding of convertible debt and equity structures, as well as experience in bookkeeping, HR, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct comprehensive waterfall analysis and manage cap tables to support financial decision-making.
Develop and maintain a strong grasp of convertible debt and equity structures, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
Assist with HR functions, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of financial statements, waterfall analysis, and cap tables.
Expertise in convertible debt and equity structures.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software.
Experience in HR and benefits administration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
