About the role

Ravelo Logistics Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Staff to join our team in Imus City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the financial and administrative operations of our growing logistics company.

What you'll be doing

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manages the telephone center and address queries accordingly.
Prepares and monitors invoices.
Handle Petty cash, Cash and check disbursement.
Manages and prepares payroll reporting based on employee logs.
Handle preparation of government mandatory contributions and applicable taxes.
Records and reconciles monthly financial transactions including but not limited to bank activities, collections and expenses.
Prepare invoices, billing for clients in a timely manner.
Close coordination with clients via email or phone call to ensure correct billing and timely collections.
Prepare monthly report to General Manager and third-party accountant.
What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in an accounts or finance-related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail.
